At Film & Vinyl Designs, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee to any customer who uses our window tint and ppf cutting software and is not 100% satisfied.

Within 30 days of purchase, the customer can return the USB dongle for a full refund of the subscription detailed at the time of purchase.

There is a 30-day grace period after the subscription expires where you can hold on to the USB dongle before you are no longer eligible to return for a full refund of your subscription.

Disclaimer

The 30-day money back guarantee is null and void if the USB dongle is kept longer than the 30-day grace period after the subscription expires.

Film & Vinyl Designs employees/representatives reserve the right to refuse refunds for the software subscription.

To be eligible for a refund, the USB dongle must be in working condition and not past the 30-day grace period.

Ways to get a refund

To get a refund for the software subscription, please call our office number at 817-354-9200 or email us at sales@fvd.bz during our office hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Central Time Zone and have your company name, key number, and a valid email address ready to supply for us to send you a shipping label for the USB dongle.

Upon receiving your USB dongle, we will process all the information and refund your money for the software subscription in 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
